About Kevin Huntley?
First of all I have a wonderful family with two beautiful boys Hayden and Colin. I live on the South side of Bellingham and am 5th generation Huntley here in town. I'm what you would consider Local as they come. Whats that mean for my clients? A understanding of the community, neighborhoods, and excellent knowledge of the area.
My road to real estate was a long one. I knew I wanted to sell real estate in 1999 when I took the real estate course when I was washing trucks as a lot attendent at Bellingham Chrysler.I put real estate on hold and soon starting selling cars it was much nicer then washing them. When I started selling cars I remember something my Grandma told me she said, "Kevin we have a good name here in town now don't go screwing that up." I took that to heart when I started selling cars I handled all my deals with the integrity of our family name. At Chrysler I recieved various sales training programs and the Professional training any salesman needs to make it in any sales field. In 2002 I moved over to Roger Jobs to sell Porsche, Audi, VW, Jeep's and stayed there until I got my Real Estate license in 2005. Real Estate is where I always wanted to end up it just took a bit longer. Those years in the car business turned out to be very valuable for I have dealt with hundreds of different sales experiance and have had the training to handle all of them.
I'm an educated professional with a few years of experience in this market, and I think I've seen almost every trick and turn of the industry already. I've also had intimate experience with properties in most of these neighborhoods, making me an invaluable person to talk to when it comes to relocation to or within this area. I'm confident that I can save you not only tens of thousands of dollars, but a great deal of time and emotional energy as well.
But I'm not simply a piece of hardware you can point at a house.
